Terms of Service

BrandBookify is a free, non-commercial web app that helps you generate and edit a brand manual in your browser. It runs entirely client-side: nothing is uploaded, no AI is used, and no account is needed.

You keep all rights to the logos, colors, fonts, copy, and exported manuals you create. We claim no ownership over your output. The Service is just a tool that runs on your machine.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any fonts, images, or trademarks you include in your manual.

Projects are stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data, switching browsers, or running private/incognito sessions will lose your manuals. Always export Project JSON from the editor if you want to come back and edit later. We can't recover lost projects — we never had a copy.

The Service is free to use. No paid tier, no subscription, no in-app purchases. There is no guarantee of uptime, updates, or any specific feature staying available. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe someone else's trademark or copyright;
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to break the Service or other users' browsers;
• Misrepresent the Service as your own product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandBookify and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to lost projects, time, or revenue.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
